I am an experienced freelance journalist who specialises in the construction industry and writes about business, industry and technology for magazines, corporate publicity material and the web.
My clients include publishers, public relations firms, industry bodies and companies large and small. I offer a range of effective, straightforward and flexible services – anything from writing a short news story or press release to overhauling the content of an entire website.
I’m approaching retirement so scaling back on work and not taking on any new clients.
My work is in four key areas:
Journalism – working as a freelance writer or editor in print or online
Publicity – helping businesses communicate their key messages, including the production of press releases and case studies and editing in-house magazines
Web content – regular news updates or periodic reviews of the whole site;
Website design, building and management – a fuss-free service, offered in conjunction with a software business to produce sites that are robust as well as effective.
